Cabin conditions:

Animals are not allowed.
There are no refunds for vertigo.
They don't have electricity.
They have no running water.
It cannot be cooked.
They have showers in the main cabin (Rovelló).

Payment and cancellation policy:

- 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
- Refund of 100% of the amount paid up to 30 days before arrival (Not so for reservations with date changes, which will change the date if this is the case, without the possibility of reimbursement).
- Between the 15th and 30th before arrival, any cancellation will be invoiced for 50% of the total of the reservation or option of changing the date. (Not so for reservations with date changes, which will be modified if the date is the case, without the possibility of reimbursement).
- With less than 15 days, any cancellation, no-show or unexpected departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be billed.
- As an exceptional measure, all reservations that coincide with dates of mandatory confinement due to COVID19, date changes will be made for all reservations, without any type of restriction on new dates.
